Milwaukee Bucks Win NBA Championship

In one of the greatest NBA finals of the last decade, the Milwaukee Bucks have finally won the NBA championship. The playoff series against the Phoenix Suns ended up 4-2 in favour of the Bucks, meaning that they’ve won their first NBA title in the last 50 years. The Bucks took the final game of the season 105-98, with their best player Giannis Antetokounmpo, scoring almost half of the points.

The Greek Freak put on a show to remember, recording 50 points, 14 rebounds and two assists. In his debut final playoff, Khris Middleton scored 17 points, and Bobby Portis had 16 points in the game. On the losing side, Chris Paul had 26 points, and Devin Booker had 19.

Although most of the season fans were not allowed in the stadiums, there were over 65.000 Bucks fans outside the Deer District stadium. The Bucks became the first team to win the next four games after trailing 2-0 in the series and the fifth team to win the NBA finals after trailing by two games.

Giannis Antetokounmpo the MVP

After winning the MVP award in the regular season two times, the Greek Freak was unanimously voted MVP. This award came as no surprise, knowing the fact that this was the third game in the series where Antetokounmpo recorded at least 40 points and ten rebounds.
