Champions League Betting Tips – Round of Sixteen

Champions League Betting Tips - Round of Sixteen

We offer our unbiased, free Champions League betting tips, which are updated every game week. This week we will give our view on the last sixteen round in which we have some exciting games.

These are our top 3 tips for this week, but keep in mind that the odds are always subject to change.

Tip 1 – Ajax vs Benfica – BTTS and Over 2.5 Goals

Although Ajax won three times in their last five matches, two out of those three times came in the last minutes of the match, and both times they blew a two-goal lead. However, they still remain favourites for this match, and I think that they can overcome this obstacle and go past through to the next round. On the other hand, Benfica is not doing good in their home championship since they are 12 points behind the leading team in Portugal, Porto. Therefore, I predict that Ajax will win but will not be able to keep a clean sheet in this match.

Tip 2 – Manchester United vs Atletico Madrid – Over 2.5 Goals

Manchester United are still struggling to find their perfect form, but it seems that Cristiano Ronaldo did find his form, as he scored a hat-trick against Tottenham during the weekend. In contrast, Atletico Madrid is finally playing the football they were playing last year when they won La Liga. In the last 5 La Liga matches, Atletico only lost once and recorded four wins. Therefore, both of these clubs have an equal chance of going through to the next round, which is why I think there will be goals. Both defences are not what they used to be, and when you have attackers like Cristiano Ronaldo, Griezzman, Rashford and Suarez upfront, the goals are inevitable.

Tip 3 – Juventus vs Villareal – BTTS and Over 2.5 Goals

Juventus have played great in the Seria A as they have not lost in their last 12 matches in Seria A and Champions League. While Villareal is still an unpredictable team, when it comes to this kind of game, they are known as the team that can cause an upset for the home fans. The first leg ended up in a 1-1 draw, which is why I think that both teams will be attacking in this match. Since the rule of away goals does not stand anymore, the away goal scored by Juventus does not hold any significance in this match, and they will have to win if they want to advance to the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

These are my Champions League betting tips for the pre-quarterfinal round for this week. Hopefully, our analysis is correct, and it will help you make some money from some of the most popular betting sites.
